MADAR Technology Solutions (“MADAR”, “we”) plans, installs and supports IT for companies from offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Beni Suef, Egypt. This page explains what personal data we receive when you visit this website, fill in our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, and what we do with it.
What we receive
- Contact form and email. The details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you ask about and your message. The form reaches us by email.
- WhatsApp. When you message our business number, we receive your WhatsApp profile name, your phone number or WhatsApp user ID, and the messages, photos, files and locations you send, along with delivery and read receipts for the messages we send you.
- This website. The site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare proposals and quotes.
- To plan, deliver and support the work you ask us to do.
- To send you WhatsApp messages you have asked for or can expect from us, such as replies, quotes, appointment reminders and project updates. We only message you on WhatsApp after you have contacted us or agreed to hear from us.
- To keep the records that the law requires us to keep.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who else handles it
- Meta (WhatsApp). Messages to and from our business number pass through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta. How WhatsApp handles your data is described in WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- Our hosting and email providers, who run the servers this website, our WhatsApp service and our mailboxes work on.
- Authorities, when the law requires us to share it.
These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia and Egypt. We only give them what they need to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any project that follows, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Website logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
Your choices and rights
- To stop WhatsApp messages from us, reply “stop” or tell us in any message, and we will stop.
- You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, as the data protection laws that apply to you allow, including Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

Changes to this policy
If the way we handle personal data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
