A members-only app for a judges' club, with its directory, news and events on iPhone and Android

The brief

A judges' club needs a private line to its members: who is who and how to reach them, what the club is announcing and what is coming up. None of it can be public, and every member has to be verified first.

What we built

We built a Flutter app for iPhone and Android on a Node.js backend. Members register with their documents and the club approves each one. From then on they can search the directory, open a colleague's card to call, WhatsApp or email them, follow club news and the club's upcoming and past events, see the agreements and benefits arranged for members, and send suggestions or complaints to the board. The club's administrators approve members, publish news and send notifications from inside the app.

• Members' directory searchable by name, court, specialty and governorate
• Member card with one-tap call, WhatsApp and email
• Club news, plus upcoming and past events
• Agreements and benefits arranged for members
• Registration with documents, approved by the club
• Push notifications and an admin panel inside the app
