A website for a Beni Suef law firm, with a portal where each client follows their own file

The brief

A firm that handles litigation, corporate work and factory licensing wanted following up on a file to be something its clients can see for themselves, not a promise over the phone. It also needed a site that explains each of its services clearly, in Arabic and English.

What we built

We built the site and the system behind it. The public site, in Arabic and English, has a page for each practice area, the team's profiles, a legal blog and a consultation booking form. Each client signs in to a private portal that shows their cases with a timeline of every stage, their upcoming hearings, the steps of an industrial licence application, the documents they can download, and what is paid and still due on each file. The firm runs it all from its own dashboard: clients, cases and licences, the day's hearings and tasks, fee claims and collection, and operational and financial reports.
